The genesis of their idea for an online platform came from years of providing agents with telemarketing services through their parent company, Neilson Marketing Services. A recurring request they both heard was, “Guys, can you help me get a market for this account?”
On the flip side, they kept hearing from carriers, MGAs, wholesalers and program administrators to connect them with Neilson’s robust agency database to announce new products, expand their reach with a new program, appoint new agencies. ProgramBusiness.com was formed to serve the needs of both sides of the insurance distribution system for specialty programs.
Today, top national and regional E&S providers and the leading premium-producing agencies, including their influential decision makers, make up the ProgramBusiness.com community. Since its launch, more than $2 billion in written premium has been placed through the platform.
